Down at the Shore

Last weekend our family spent 2 days down at the shore. Time together as a family, especially a WHOLE weekend together, is precious. We were down there for Zach's soccer tournament and had a blast! Here are just a few things we did hanging out in Wildwood!

1. The Beach! Of course we had to go to the beach, or the shore as it's referred to here. It was a little too cold for swimming, but chasing waves and looking for sea shells is fun no matter what the temperature is.

2. Soccer, of course! That is what we were down there for in the first place. Zach's team played 3 games and won ALL 3! It was a great time for the boys to get even closer than they already are. They did what most 8 and 9 year old's love to do - play and play and play!

The defense only allowed 2 goals the entire weekend!

3. The hotel. The kids LOVED the hotel room. It was definitely not a 4 star resort, it probably wasn't even a 2 star motel, but we were together, and that's all that counts.
