Somewhere along the way Zach decided to grow up. He reached a milestone this past weekend that has got me thinking more about a few things. He's 10! Can you believe it? I certainly cannot! In 2 years he'll be passing the sacrament. In 6 years he'll be DRIVING! In 9 years he'll be submitting his mission papers! STOP! Why can't he stay like this forever?
Zach actually had a pretty cool birthday this year. His birthday just happened to fall during a soccer tournament in Cape May, New Jersey. So he got to play soccer, go to the beach, and have a party with his friends. (Although this was all part of the soccer tournament activities, we just made it out to be a birthday party. Clever, I know.)
I'm still learning how to use my sports mode on my camera so here a a couple that turned out. (There were a lot that didn't!) Zach plays left mid-field this year and he's AWESOME! He contributes so much energy and excitement to the game, not to mention a few goals.
i CANNOT believe that little wiggle lover is now a TEN YEAR OLD BOY!! i seriously started crying thinking about him going on a mission! it can't be in less than double his age, right??? HAPPY BIRTHDAY, to my very first nephew!! we love you to bits and pieces!!
