Allie is SIX!

 My little Allie turned SIX!  It absolutely blows my mind to think SIX years have passed since she was born. Our family has had lots of great things happen to us in the past SIX years and we are so glad Allie was a part of them all.

I can remember when she was this small swinging in the swing.  I finally had a child who enjoyed the swing!

And then my little firecracker emerged:

And started to grow up:

All of a sudden it seemed:

She is still our shining light:

And still our little firecracker:

Here are SIX things we all LOVE about Allie:

1. She looks adorable without her two front teeth! (And talks a little funny, too!)
2. She absolutely LOVES her older brothers!  She loves to hang out with them, argue with them, watch TV with them, play with them, fight with them, and pretty much anything else they do.
3. She is SUPER smart!  She has learned how to read this year and loves it!
4. She is still a toe-walker despite physical therapy and leg braces.  You can hear any one of us at any time yell "feet!", and that is someone telling her to get down on her feet.  One of these days....
5. She likes playing outside - riding her bike or scooter, jumping on the trampoline, playing t-ball and soccer! (By the way, she ROCKS at soccer!)
6.  She lights up our home!  Her sweet spirit adds so much joy to our home.  She is so loving, kind, sensitive,  and funny.  She loves to make up her own knock-knock jokes.  Her laughter and smile make our home a happier place to be.
