Sidelines

This past Saturday would be better described as "Joachim Game Day". Zach and Matt had Fall Ball practice in the morning (Yes, we even have baseball this time of year too!), Zach had a soccer game in the afternoon and Matt had a football game later in the afternoon. Yikes! So while there was a lot of playing on the fields, there was also a lot of sideline time! Lauren and my cousin Dyllan came up to help cheer the boys on to victory!

Lauren and Allie acted as unofficial cheerleaders for the soccer team! Believe it or not, they were very effective - Zach's team won 2-0!

Lauren has been to a few of Zach and Matt's games. She and Allie sure find ways to occupy themselves! They can make any situation, including HOT weather, FUN!
My cousin Dyllan also came up to visit Philadelphia for the weekend. Instead of seeing the Liberty Bell, Constitution Hall, or even a Phillies game, she got to see a kids soccer and football game! Thanks for being such a great sport!

Sara is now becoming an expert at watching from the sidelines! No, she IS an expert at watching from the sidelines. It's really all she knows about being outside. If she's not at home she is outside watching a game or in the car on the way to watch a game.

She's sure a trooper!

But we really don't mind the LONG and HOT (and soon to be cold) days if it means we get to see this kid with this smile at the end of the day!
