First Grade Concert

Yesterday was Zach's First Grade Concert. It was a tribute to Mother Goose, so the kids wore a costume about a Mother Goose nursery rhyme. Zach wore his PJs and held a candle for "Jack Be Nimble". As you can hear, they really jazzed up these nursery rhymes. I think we may have a star among us. :)



Zach's teacher, Miss Wilks, has been a great teacher! She has inspired a little environmentalist in him this year. Our family has started recycling and Zach is always sure to tell us what is and isn't recyclable. When they were learning about Earth Day this year, Miss Wilks pointed out that everyday is Earth Day. Thanks Miss Wilks for teaching us to save the environment.
